Kidzone: An area for family, fun and food!

Take a break from shopping and relax with the kids in our specially designed soft play area, now open in the upper level of the foodcourt. Kids love it! Please note: Children should be supervised by parents at all times.

Baby Changing  & Feeding Areas

There are dedicated baby changing rooms located at each main toilet block. These are private rooms designed to accommodate both parent/child and a buggy if necessary. There are also bottle warming facilities in the Waters Edge Food Court.

Drop In Centre

Ready Steady Play provides a safe and secure childcare service emphasising on play and fun, this service is available seven days a week. Fully qualified childcare professionals will ensure your child has a fantastic experience with our state of the art play equipment.

Ready Steady Play, is registered with the Southern Health Board and will be inspected by the Southern Health Board on a regular basis. For more information visit us on the Lower Ground level adjacent to the escalators or contact us on Tel: 021 435 8913       .

Dedicated Familiy Parking is easily accessible in all of the Mahon Point Car parks.

Mahon Point is a Child Safe Zone

Mahon Point is the first centre in Munster  to implement the "Child Safe Zones" initiative, which promotes safety, adding to the secure, enjoyable environment for  families while visiting the shopping centre.

Bright window stickers and posters in the centre indicate an special number to ring if a child is lost or found by a shopper. Lost children can also be reunited with their family quickly by wearing a free wristband, available every visit, from the Customer Service Desk at Mahon Point. These wristbands have space on the inner panel to record the mobile number of the parent or guardian accompanying them to the centre.

This service is completely free and more information is available on the attachment below and on your next vist to Mahon Point- just enquire at the Customer Services Desk.

Party Booking Service

Book your children's party at Mahon Point  where you can choose from the 5 restaurants on offer in the foodcourt and ensure everyone can sit together. A decorated table will be reserved for you so that you can order from the restuarants of your choice on arrival. Simply complete the booking form available at Customer Services and return it with your €20 Administration Fee to secure your booking.
